Delivery
How much will it cost to deliver my order?
All our awards are sent by overnight courier or overnight Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature on delivery. We have a flat fee of £9.95 (plus VAT) for deliveries to the UK mainland. Deliveries elsewhere may cost more. We will notify you on receipt of the order and will wait for agreement before going ahead. Deliveries eg before noon or by 10am can be arranged at extra cost if required.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders are despatched within 14 days of receiving the order. Artwork on logos may require additional time and we would agree deadlines with you when the order is placed.
We will email you when your order is despatched and provide you with the consignment number for your delivery as well as the Interlink !Track It! link so that you can track progress online.
I have an urgent deadline, can you help?
We recognise there are times when you need to meet very tight deadlines and offer a special EXPRESS SERVICE. Ring us and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

Engraving and Artwork
How is engraving charged?
Engraving is Free. There are no hidden extras. Once you have chosen your award, you can decide on the engraved message, which can include as many characters or logos as can be fitted onto the engraving area available.
We will ask you to email the engraving you require. You can just send us a word document showing how you would like the engraving laid out. We will always email artwork proofs for your approval before we start the production process. Our engravers will work with you to select the font and lettering for the most pleasing effect. Do you charge extra for logos?
No, engraving or sandblasting logos is Free! We will need you to send us your logo artwork. In order for the engraving to appear sharp we need good quality file formats, either .EPS or .AI If you do not have your logo in these formats then we may need to make an artwork charge. .Jpegs and .gif files are low quality files and usually not good enough. Occasionally they can be cleaned up for which there is an additional charge. Your logo can be emailed to us at sales@crystal-awards.co.uk
How can I see what the artwork and text will look like?
We will always email you a free artwork proof for your approval before we go ahead.
What about Larger Orders?
We can accept engraving requirements in excel spreadsheet format, which you can email to us at sales@crystal-awards.co.uk
Will I have to pay extra for colour infill?
Colour infill is the application of colour to the area that has been sandblasted, showing the text or logo in colour. We will only make a charge where the production process requires an extra stage to achieve the result you require. We will always agree the charge with you and send an email artwork proof for you sign off before we go ahead with the production process.
Payment
How do I pay for the awards
We will email you an invoice as soon as we have agreed everything about the order. We will despatch the order on receipt of a cheque or credit card payment.
Service and Quality Guarantees
What happens if my award is damaged on arrival?
In the rare instance that your goods are damaged on arrival please hold on to the packaging and call us immediately. We will do everything we can to fast track a replacement at no extra cost to you. We will arrange to collect the damaged item/s and packaging.
What should I do if there is a mistake on the engraving?
In the (very!) rare instance that we make a mistake on the engraving or artwork we will fix it immediately. We will send you a new proof for the correct artwork or engraving and fast track a replacement at no extra cost to you.
